Refund Policy

At Copperever, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Note: Custom-printed or personalized items are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

Important: Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@trovezonellc.com. so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, contact us before shipping.

Exchanges:


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, return your original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Customers:


If your order is being shipped to an address within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds:


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
